Bank of Syria and Overseas S.A.L. S.A. is a Syrian public joint stock company listed on the Damascus Stock Exchange and its headquarters are located in the city of Damascus.

The company's capital is 300 million Syrian pounds. Its main center is located in the city of Damascus.
